For many of our customers getting their property painted is a brand new experience and they don't know what to expect. To make this process easier and help create a positive experience we listed some of the frequently asked questions.
How do I schedule an estimate appointment?
First step is to complete our online estimate appointment request located under CONTACT tab. Once we receive your inquiry we will contact you per your preferred method and coordinate date and time of the appointment. Most of our estimate appointments are scheduled for Saturday mornings. After our appointment we will email you a quote within 2-5 business days.
What is the price of an estimate?
Our estimate appointments are absolutely free and with no obligations. We even encourage you to get quotes from other companies. We pride ourselves with providing the best quality at fair price.
I accepted a quote, now what?
Once you accept our quote your price is locked in and we will provide you with our next available start date. Our schedule is subject to many conditions so date changes are possible which we will communicate and update you with a new start date. About 2 weeks before the start of your painting project we will connect and ask for color choices. Once we receive those we will send a contract and ask for a deposit payment. The remainder will be due upon completion.
